Will viewers know it's an avatar?

Most don't. The avatar layer is HeyGen v3, currently photorealistic enough that viewers assume it's a recording. We disclose in the channel description and once at the bottom of each render. Disclosure builds trust — hiding it always backfires.

Can the avatar handle live Q&A?

No — avatars are scripted-render only. For live, you show up. The avatar fleet handles the 90% of content that's pre-scripted (VSL, course, onboarding, weekly newsletter).

What if my voice changes — accent, energy, illness?

We re-train the voice fingerprint quarterly with a fresh 5-min sample. Voice drifts naturally; the fingerprint keeps up.

Who owns the avatar + voice clone?

You do. Full likeness rights stay with you. We hold the HeyGen + ElevenLabs subscriptions during the engagement; on offboard we transfer the trained assets to your accounts. In writing, every contract.

How long does the first render take?
