AutomateScale is a marketing-automation agency. We design, build, and operate AI agent-powered sales funnels for paying clients under signed agreements. The website and newsletter are marketing properties.
Don't scrape, attack, or attempt to disrupt the site. Don't impersonate Adam Palmer or other team members. Don't reverse-engineer or copy the Scale System™ Playbook outside the operator certification framework.
The Scale System™ is a registered trademark of AutomateScale LLC. The Scale System™ Playbook is proprietary and licensed only to paying clients and certified operators under separate agreement. Public-facing content (blog posts, newsletters, free resources) is freely shareable with attribution.
All paid engagements are governed by individually-signed Master Services Agreements (MSAs). The Scale Guarantee, retainer terms, deliverables, and IP transfer terms are specified per engagement. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer; binding terms come from the signed MSA.
For clients on Growth or Scale tiers: if AutomateScale fails to deliver measurable improvement (qualified lead volume, conversion rate, or attributed revenue) within 90 days of engagement start, we continue working at no additional cost until measurable improvement is achieved. Specific success metrics are agreed in writing at engagement start.
The website is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Case studies, testimonials, and projections reflect specific client results and are not promises of future performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutomateScale LLC's liability arising from use of the website or free resources is limited to $100. Liability for paid engagements is governed by the signed MSA.
