Starter is a 3-month minimum — any shorter and we can't ship a real system. Most Growth/Scale clients stay 6–18 months: first 90 days build the OS layer, next 6 months optimize, after that we're essentially running the back-half of their revenue engine. Some clients have been with us since 2019.
30-day notice on Growth and Scale (we'd rather know than not). Starter has the 3-month minimum, then month-to-month. Everything we built is yours — funnels, automations, knowledge bases, agents — and we deliver clean handover documentation.
Rarely, and only on Scale tier for companies we'd actively want to be part-owners of. Default is straight cash. If a hybrid makes sense for a specific deal we'll discuss on the audit call — but we don't lead with it.
Adam personally interviews every applicant — no SDR, no qualifier. The 30 minutes covers: live walk-through of your current funnel, identification of the 3 highest-ICE fixes, frank assessment of whether the Scale System is the right move.

Avatars and voice clones are re-trainable. We re-shoot the avatar once per year as part of Growth/Scale retainers; voice fingerprints can be refreshed any time you record a new 10-minute sample. Same canonical identity stays on the contact record either way — visitors don't experience a jarring "new Adam" moment when you update.
